Then MC Stable is a great place for you! Our lesson program will teach beginners how to groom, tack up, ride, and generally take care of a horse. For more experienced riders, we offer opportunities to learn more about the sports and competition, riding more challenging horses and solving their problems, and a more in depth understanding of the hows and whys of riding.

Lessons at MC Stable are $25 and include an hour of riding time. Lessons are by appointment only! This is to ensure that there will be a safe horse available to suit each rider's needs. Please phone (902) 567-2023.

Patricia Brown is our primary coach. Tricia holds a NSTU TC5 Teaching License and has 35 years of riding experience.

Please note that lessons will be increasing to $30 starting June 1, 2008.

Lessons are scheduled Monday to Thursday evenings starting at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings starting at 10:00am. Lessons run approximately 2 hours (30 minutes grooming before and after the one hour ride). Additional times may be available - call to discuss possible times.
